The Brief.

Create a brand for the first new construction condominium building in Chicago’s South Loop in years. Build a brand that encompasses the excitement and resurgence of the South Loop market and urban lifestyle.

The Plan.

We focused on the idea of quality vs. quantity to highlight the high-end finishes and great location that 1345 offers. The residences are efficiently sized to provide a lower price point to attract first time buyers and buyers burned by the housing bust. We additionally focused our marketing to highlight the cost advantages to owning versus renting in todays market.
